are dues going to be the same amount? if we don’t rush in the fall can we still rush in winter?

the panhellenic instagram has information! dues are likely going to be reduced due to the lack of in-person events. chapters may hold COB (continuous open binning aka informal recruitment) winter quarter, but nobody knows if it will be in person and it's important to note that not all chapters do COB
