Top Houses:
1.ATO/Sig Ep: Really fun guys/parties, best looking, closest guys.
2. SAE: Not really a fraternity but have some fun guys and good looking.
3. Phi Sig: Good parties, but they gave bids to every freshman rushee fall quarter so not selective at all.
4. BETA: Nice guys, but not super fun or special.
5. AEpi: Good Guys, good parties.
6. Sig pi, DTD, Sig nu: meh

Since this hasnt been updated in a while and frats have been kicked off since...
SAE//PHI SIG//ATO//SIGEP
^the reason I would put it as a 4 way tie, is all the top frats just have different kinds of guys. It's up to your personal opinion which would be the "best" or your favorite, but collectively theyre all good. Phi sig has gotten a lot better this past year because of a huge pledge class and a lot more involvement

Yep, Yep, Sigma Pi is real and was the top rated chapter by Greek Affairs accreditation for the 2011-12 school year based on Academics, Community Service, Workshops, Risk Management and Financial Responsibility. ATO, SigEp and Beta are close, but the rest will be lucky to keep campus recognition if they don't bring up their scores. There's a new Sheriff coming to Greek Affairs.

Most of the people that post on this site are in fraternities just trying to make themselves look better than their competition. Don't take any of these rankings seriously. Check out the houses that you feel like you fit in the most. Why join a house when you know that you'll probably not fit in later on? Visit your top 3 or 4 houses Tuesday, your top 2 or 3 Wednesday and your favorite Thursday. Just be yourself and you'll be happy with your decision. Good Luck!

the above comment is accurate for the most part. however, anyone who still considers SAE a top house is just stupid. they are easily the most unorganized/uninvolved fraternity on campus and have little to no brotherhood which is what being in a fraternity is truly about. not to mention they are on social pro for the upcoming 2012-2013 school year. i would have to put beta in that top 4. they have gotten significantly better in every aspect over the last 2 years just as phi sig did this past year even though they literally bid everyone in the fall. so yeah.. Sig Ep, ATO, Beta, Phi Sig in whatever order. as previously stated, they are all strong houses in different ways.
