Actually not in a sorority? I was wondering cuz I just got into UCSB as a junior transfer and trying to get a feel for the houses.... not sure if it’s worth joining a house if the people my own age have all dropped?

Lowest retention rate, girls don’t feel like they need to be apart of Pi phi once they get older

Girls usually drop pi phi bc after your first two years it gets tiring being all friendly with girls who don’t have your same interest in mind. Sisterhood is based on social status and popularity. Any other house would be an upgrade tbh.

Agreed. If you are looking for a strong and genuine sisterhood, look elsewhere.

their recruitment is very superficial to begin with, so it’s not surprising so many drop later on
