Phi Sig is definitely a top tier house, they should be on the same level as ATO and Sig Ep
AEPi should be ranked higher I think, put them in the upper middle box perhaps?
Both Sigms Pi and Sigma Nu got a new house, so that pretty much put DTD in a really bad position even though their guys are much better/hotter than the ones in Sigma Pi
DTD is actually quite popular, they'll pretty chill in my opinion, their small house is gonna suck for them though
Sigma Pi isn't really that creepy honestly, but they do try hard and that's a FACT, hopefully their house can help out a lot
Sigma Nu is still a smaller house compared to the other ones, mainly because they give out too few bids, but I heard their new pledge class is a surprise, who knows what might happen to the "rankings"?
In terms of location, Sig Nu got the best house since it's right next to ATO, so things can change drastically this year and Beta's gonna face great competitions from their new neighbors
