pre rush rankings fraternities

Someone reported my this post before idk why but here it is again.
Top Tier: Sig pi/sig ep/ATO/ZBT/zete (no order)
Sig pi: Known for throwing good consistent parties. Really nice guys typically and respectful but known as being shallow. Freshmen love them. Their last couple PCs seem to have around half cool guys and half weird guys who do not belong in a top house.

Sig ep: Really fun guys who are known to be good looking but sometimes seen as posers. They are the skate/surf/outdoor house and seem to not care a ton. They throw good parties and own their own chapter house which is awesome.

ATO: Gone through a lot in the last couple years it seems. Right when they rise back up to the very top they seem to get put on sopro. They have been on sopro the last 3 falls (i think) but I am pretty positive they are now in good standing with the school so potentially this could be their year. Aside from that fun guys who seem to love their brotherhood. They have by far the best philanthropy (rally). Great guys if you know them, stand offish if you do not. Seem to not care very much.

ZBT: Personally not huge on this house but they are for sure top tier. Seem really insecure so they act like huge partiers to try to make up for it. They got phi sigs old house which is the coolest house so we will see how they do there. They seem to be the most "try hard" out of the top tier.

Zete: you either love zete or never go to Zete. I really like zete and think they are super fun. They don't really care what people think about them. Surfer house that almost tries to be the anti-frat.

Middle tier: Snu/Sig chi (no order)
Snu: They have come a long way in the last year. Did not have a great rep in past years for various reasons but seem to be doing a lot better. They think they are cooler than they are but for sure on the rise. Their last couple PCs have been really small so it will be interesting how they do in the fall.

Sig chi: Probably the most on the rise in the last two years but I almost think that it getting to their heads. They have some cool guys but a lot of guys that are just weird. They do really well with the bottom sororities. They totally boost themselves on greekrank so I am excited to see how they respond.

Bottom tier: AGO/DTD/Kap sig (no order)
AGO: The christian guys. Great if that's what your'e into, not great if you want to be a social house.

DTD: They want to be better so much but they just aren't. Bad parties, not very cool guys and consistently getting bad PCs. Also in poor standing with the school.

Kap sig: honestly seem to be really nice guys but just not the most social outgoing guys. They do their best but lack members. They have a cool house though not sure how long theyll be able to hang onto it.
