If you regret not going through rush, I honestly think you should wait fall 2019 because not all houses do COB. If you want to see all the houses and find the house that would truly fit you the best then you should wait. If you have a house in mind already I would ask some of the girls in the house if they are doing COB so they can start recommending you possibly.
