Sigma Pi: Needs to step their game up now that they have a new house. To be determined I guess..

Sigma Nu: Here there are some hotties hidden in there somewhere but haven't had enough interaction with them to know anything about them. New house should help. so again. To be determined.

AEPi: Pretty great house for the most part but aren't everyone's taste. Strong brother hood from what i can tell.

This isn't in order of rank or anything I just wrote this as the names came into my head. :]

But like let's be real aepi is way cooler than beta

Clearing up what vanaj posted. Sigma Pi and Sigma Nu are both moving into the quad with Beta and ATO. Sigma Pi is taking over the old AEPhi house (next to Beta), while Sigma Nu is taking SAE's old house (next to ATO). If a Sigma Chi house came back, things would just get way too confusing.
In response to any negatives in any vanaj'd comments,
SigEp will always be top house, regardless of whatever potential they may or may not be living up to.
ATO is pretty spot on.
I'd consider Phi SIg a top house, they got out in force to any event and show a lot of pride in their house. Definitely a recipe of success right there.
Beta is pretty spot on.
It seems like at least in my opinion a lot of people see AEPi as the house with the sweetest guys, regardless of which girls they attract.
That was Sigma Pi's Spring attire apparently, so obviously they're going to wear them, plus everyone changes a lot in college. Plus every house has at least some element of tryhard, more or less.
Yes you might not get alcohol at a DTD party if you don't know anyone, but that's the same at most houses. Nothing new there.
Sigma Nu is trying pretty hard to gain a presence, they go in full force as much as they can to everything even if they don't have many members.

sig pi is for sure above sigma nu at this point, and sig ep has always been the top house. it's harder to get a bid there than ato and phi sig.

Rankings pretty much stayed the same

Sigma pi got some really really cute pledges, with the super nice, brand new house, things are really gonna change.
