questions

Hi there. I'm applying to UCSB for Fall 2019 and am interested in Recruitment. I just had a few questions, if someone wouldn't mind answering?

1. If I apply for and make the cheer team, is it possible to still be in a sorority or will both activities take up too much time?

2. My mom was in a sorority at a different school on the East coast that is also at UCSB. Does being a legacy matter at all?

3. Are recommendations important? I think I can get most of the houses covered, but is it necessary?

4. What are the houses like here, and are you required to live in them at some point? If so, what year?
