delt vs kappasig

ksig just got the aepi house so i feel like if they get super lucky during winter and spring rush they could rise above sig chi, and maybe even be tied with dtd. the house just has such a good location right next to the quad they will probably get a lot of runoff from the top houses, it really depends how many parties they throw this quarter since once ato is off sopro there will be less runoff obviously. also if sig nu gets kicked off this year then there will be even more oppertunity for the bottom houses to rise. again it really depends on how good ksigs winter and spring pc are and how many parties they throw, good luck guys!

delts were always above ksig but now with their new house and a better fall rush by them (i'm on ifc so i can see each houses' rush numbers) ksig is probably better tbh

also dtd's always had a creepy vibe and reputation by all the girls
