i just had to intervene because i'm pretty sure the previous poster is a 35 year old woman from somewhere in the midwest, what in the world was that

rush at ucsb is very casual and much more trendy than at other schools. think LF style, but the clothes don't actually need to be $300 - forever 21 is perfectly fine. you can totally use your clothes to express your personality, no need to wear things from lilly pulitzer (honestly thought that store had gone out of business)
