Is it tough to transfer in as a Junior from the East Coast? Might move out to Santa Barbara from Jersey and apply, just wondering what i should expect

Transfer in and rush? Yes, for a variety of reasons the houses here are extremely selective when it comes to taking in transfers. That being said, it's not impossible and transfers are taken in at nearly every house during rush.
