Some are interchangeable based on opinion but these are the rankings that reflect my viewpoint on how the sororities are ranked AT PRESENT.

I'm SO tired of hearing this Kappa/Theta debate!!! One is not above the other right now and honestly they really recruit the same types of girls so I can't see either one rising above the other anytime soon. Both houses are well liked, have good reputations and attractive girls with good personalities and they'd both probably be the #1 house at any other school!! And all that aside, they're both always going to be in the top 5 anyways so I really don't understand the drama on this website

I know girls that preffed a "top house" and "middle house" and decided they wanted to be in the "middle house" over the "top house." Everyone needs their own opinions during recruitment. This website is FILLED with bickering back and forth about rankings. Have your own judgment when going through recruitment is my advice and don't let other girls going through recruitment persuade you about what house to pick.
