Are there any non-smoking fraternities at UCSB, and one that is NOT heavily focused on drinking too much. I've been off alcohol and woiluld want to joim/rush one where drinking/smoking is not a big priority?

I've heard Sig Chi does NOT drink heavily or smoke much. You might want to check into that one when Rushing even though they are NOT as popular as they are on most campuses. They seem like they have a decent brotherhood & you might fit in that one based on your personality description.
