Pi Phi- Does not throw parties, they have an event called "Kick Off" the first Monday of every quarter no one goes because they literally only buy 5 handles and BYOB the rest, they will tell you they are chill during rush because they look like an LF ad but they literally do nothing.

DG- Great Senior House will throw mostly day parties cause its prime real estate. Bang for your buck for sure.
