rushing as a junior (not transfer)

So I'm rushing as a 3rd year and didn't transfer. I honestly just didn't rush before because I was uninformed about the process, but made a lot of good friends in sororities my second year which made me interested.
Do I have like no chance since I've been here for so long? I'm also a legacy for one of them and have a really high gpa

the thing sororities would be concerned about is that you already have a full stack of activities and a set friend group (because then they would be worried you wouldn't end up attending anything). if you explain your situation i'm sure they'll understand, also your GPA will definitely help!
