A lot of junior transfers rush and there’s a quota for how many each chapter has to take. It’s not as weird as you think it is it would be weirder if you were a junior at ucsb who had attended since freshman year cause then it’s like why did you wait so long to rush

agreed! if youre a junior that was at UCSB and didnt rush freshman or soph year thats considered really weird, but sororities understand that people take different paths to college and might be older!

That's not necessarily true. There's lots of transfers who rush and they are very much welcome!
