sorority dues

Could anyone give some insight on how much sorority dues are? I'm a second year thinking of rushing but money is a huge factor of whether or not I can. Not interested in living in the house, so just curious on the member fees. For each sorority would be helpful to!

dues vary by house - the dues for each quarter will be listed in the packet panhellenic provides for you at the beginning of recruitment. some houses will not charge you anything more than what is stated on the paper. other houses will charge you extra for things like apparel, date parties, or missing mandatory events. this is definitely something you want to inquire about during recruitment. fall quarter in a sorority is the most expensive, so do be prepared!

The range is anywhere from 700-1500 per quarter depending on the house you join. But as stated above there are additional costs that some sororites charge throughout the quarter as well. New member quarter fees are the most expensive you will have to pay.
