2017-18 rush rankings

Fraternities:

Sig Ep, ATO (Both on sopro)
Sig Pi, ZBT, Zete, Sig Nu
DTD, Kappa Sig, Phi Delt
Sig Chi

Advice for freshmen: Don't rush a house just because they're "top", go to walkarounds and get a feel for all the houses first. Would you rather be in a low-mid house where you feel comfortable with all the brothers or constantly be on edge and fake as a member of a "top" house?

The top houses get the hottest chicks tho

Zete is quality but not consistent enough to be top, why did you list sigep twice, dtd is not above ksig and phidelt they are pretty much the same, sigchi is by far the bottom frat

Top Tier: Pi Phi, DG. I think Pi Phi slightly edges out DG due to stronger National reputation and history
Upper Middle Tier: Theta, Aphi. Kinda mixed. Theta, like Pi Phi has a much stronger National classy reputation
Lower Middle Tier: KKG, AXO, Nuf said, both are too much of a mixed bag to carry much status also both are combo slu++y or boring. KKG sisterhood divided.
Bottom or Lower, Lower Middle: TriDelt, GPhi, ADPi, Tried-Delta has stronger National rep. Smart girls know this and go there.
