they are most likely going to lose their charter but apparently they are keeping the lease to the house next year so it'll pretty much be a frat without IFC regulations. love these boys

SAE's remnants are moving into the old Sigma Pi house, Sigma Nu is moving into the SAE house.

by SAE's remnants they mean Zeta Psi. Zet will be having fall rush and be at the top of the colony list due to their rapid achievements in the requirements. They already have thousands donated from Zet alumni who are family members of current SAEs as well as a house (current Sig Pi). They have assigned positions for next year and since theyve already been in a frat they know how to do everything else they will need to do to return to top house.
