Pi phi and dg are top equivalent but aphi is not up there with them. with their new pc and being kicked off for a year they're upper tier with theta

pi phi definitely did a good job moving up with rush 2016 but DG ended up with a subpar looking pledge class with a bunch of crazies. But coming from a guy, their freshmen were still super down so who cares if they're a little psycho. Bonus points there

DG's pledge class was not the best and pi phi definitely moved above them. Aphi also moved to middle tier due to their new pledge class as well, below kappa/theta.

Ok PiPhi, lets stop with the self ranking. Just cause APhi was temporarily suspended doesn't mean you just jump to "top house". True PiPhi did well this last year for rush, but so did APhi. One good pledge class doesn't give you top house. I'm sorry. It's still DG/APhi/PiPhi. Relative to the frats you ask they'll all have their own answer so knock it off.
