What are the top tier, mid tier, lower tier fraternities at sb?

TOP: SAE/Sig Ep/ATO/Phi Sig
Bottom: Beta/DTD/Sigma Pi/AePi/Sig Nu

i wouldn't really say there is a middle. its a pretty big drop off after those 4

To comment on the previous comment, this year its really going to be Sig Ep/ATO/ maybe Phi SIg. SAE is on Social probation all year.

SigEp/ATO/Phi Sig/Beta

Can't go wrong with any of those 4 houses. SAE is on social probation for the entire upcoming school year and were already going downhill prior to that.

ATO/Phi Sig/Sig Ep/SAE
SAE will still be a top house just because their pretty and are strong nationally.
