sororities at ucsb w/ explanation?

Interested in rushing next year & trying to figure out the vibe of each house. I'm really just looking for a super chill house, not one that's super sororityty haha. From what I've heard around this is what I came to (further insight appreciated):

Alpha Phi: top house despite probation, the girls are mean (though the ones I've met were very nice?), good philanthropy, smart
DG: honestly have heard nothing more than them just being pretty modelesque blondes
Pi Phi: smart, pretty, good sisterhood, overall good but lack of diversity like DG
Theta: chill, party hard, ok sisterhood, ok philanthropy
AXO: very peppy/sororityty, great sisterhood, good diversity, "on the rise"
Kappa: falling house, average across the board
ADPi: nice but slightly awkward? good sisterhood
Gphi: good philanthropy, overall nice girls
Tri delt: great sisterhood, a lil ratchet but party hard nonetheless, diverse, great new house, lacking in philanthropy

As someone who dropped Alpha Phi and is no longer involved in Greek Life, I can tell you they are by no means chill or friendly and you should steer clear unless you really just value being good looking and spending all of your energy thinking about how to be good looking in any given scenario.

AXO is not on the rise consistently below kappa and theta but above adpi

as far as "chill" and "not stereotypically sororityty" houses go, your best bets are theta, axo, and gphi. pi phi and aphi are definitely not known for being smart. and tridelt consistently has a great philanthropic rep, def wouldn't call them ratchet either.

Honestly I think this is accurate, esp with the lower tier sororities. Tri delt and adpi were honestly so awkward. It's Adpi, Gphi, then Tri delt in terms of looks but Gphi is pretty chill/dgaf

really? I've met way more awkward girls at tridelt than gphi. I haven't met many awkward ones at adpi either.
