and gphi definitely not above adpi, they are middle tier for sure

ATO is not a top frat. their pc sucks. sig pi should be higher or equal to zete and zbt. Theta is higher than Kappa.

ATO has been on the decline for the past year. Their parties and pledge class suck. Definitely no longer a top house

Sig ep needs to learn how to throw a fun party before they continue to act like a top house, they suck. As for aphi, completely irrelevant and kappa needs to calm down.
