my take on fraternities

Sig Ep:

-bunch of douches slowly being phased out by the much cooler younger members
-cliquey
-cool if you can manage to get to know them
-unique chapter house
-no DP presence

ATO:

-fun parties
-top house but give bids to guys they like, not necessarily guys who are good looking
-brutal pledge process
-probably best brotherhood on campus
-great satellite houses

Zete:

-more of a drinking club than a fraternity frankly
-extremely rowdy at parties
-mostly surfers
-need a legitimate chapter house
-no DP presence

ZBT:

-shadily made their way to relevance
-initiated two entire pledge classes without making them do anything to join
-voted out original members by popular vote to become "cooler"
-not nearly as cool or fratty as they think they are
-not guys you'd wanna be friends with if you weren't in their fraternity

Sigma Pi:

-bunch of tryhards for the most part
-keep their house actually pretty clean
-think they're a top house because some aphis party with them and because beta and phi sig are gone
-relatively easy pledge process
-probably weren't that cool in high school
-respectful toward female party guests
-swooped 31 from phi sig

Sigma Nu:

-used to be creepy but now are not
-kind of quirky but very friendly
-play EDM unnecessarily loud while just playing beer die
-need an oceanside house

DTD:

-less than ideal chapter house location
-great brotherhood
-lower tier house that doesn't try to pretend like they're not
-friendly to other guys
-party often
