middle: Zete and Sig Nu
bottom tier: DTD, Kappa Sigma
Phi Delt is still a colony but they just got a bunch of desperate freshmen

sororities:
top tier: Pi Phi and DG
upper-mid tier: A Phi
huge mid tier: Kappa, Theta, ADPi, AXO
lower mid tier: Gphi
bottom tier: tri delt - no attractive girls here. at least gphi has a few hot transfers and late pledges cuz they get all the spring girls
