From this years recruitment I would say the rankings have changed a little bit.

After recruitment stats definitely changed:

Theta/Kappa
AXO
ADPi
Gphi
Tri Delt

DG pulled down for sure! APhi plays dirty and aren't even relevant anymore. AXO pulled up but isn't quite up to kappa and theta. Theta could've done better, a few hotties but kappa pulled!
