why does everyone hate alpha phi?

Regardless of how anyone feels about them, they're on probation now and next year so you can't. After their probation ends they'll be on thin ice, cus they don't want to get kicked off like a bunch of the frats have recently.

Alpha Phi is the top house and they will be participating in formal rush in the fall of 2016.

literally panhellenic is not letting them rush. they broke a huge amount of rules. i dont know who that is above but they're wrong hahaha

I think most of the hate stems from jealousy and competitiveness honestly. My best friend is in APhi and she has complained about the drama aspect of it all, it can get pretty savage when you bring guys into the equation but boys aside, there are girls in there that truly love each other and really do care about the well-being of others. They are currently suspended however and will not be participating in formal recruitment but they can personally ask you to join if you're friends with them. As far as top houses go, Aphi is definitely still a top but isn't THEE top. Don't listen to rumors and just get to know them on your own accord.
