Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.2 Eh. Theta is literally just an average middle tier rank house. No hate. They're super chill and pretty, but so are most of the middle tier houses. They're ranking falls pretty close to AXOs. I would say they are similar house's. Be regardless, theta does have cute and cool girls

Really obsessed with being a top house but still are still ranked fourth
