Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 5.0 I love Alpha Phi girls and so does everyone else. They’re a group of well rounded girls who are very intelligent, classy, and nice. It’s very easy to become friends with girls in Alpha Phi as I have not met one mean or stuck up. They have an amazing philanthropy as well.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 5.0 Honestly some of the most genuine girls you’ll meet. They look scary at first because half the chapter looks like super models but they’re genuinely some of the NICEST girls when you get to know them for a minute. I’ve not met one mean Aphi girl. They’re smart, classy, and kind.

While they do things like dirty rush and push their new members into the lagoon, they present themselves as classy, elegant, and superior. I believe that reputation-wise, they are a top tier sorority. I attribute this to the way they recruit girls and the subconscious values they foster. I've heard several stories about girls going through APhi's recruitment and being body-checked, targeted, demeaned, and treated with barely enough human decency. This sorority is built on the male-gaze and eurocentrism. They subscribe to society's problematic ideals while preaching about DEI for insurance. Because of this, they lack the heart of a sisterhood and are abundantly superficial. Placing value on looks and reputation has removed diversity and character from their members.
