Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 2.7 They’re nice but kinda fake. The chapter house is cool and they do seem to value diversity which is cool. Definitely will always be top 3 but I wouldn’t call them top.

Especially after the seniors rn graduate they are going down even more. They keep getting worse
