They've gotten away with so many horrible tricks, and continue to do so because they are the wealthy ones funding the school. Decency isn't anywhere to be found here.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.5 All in all my favorite fraternity at UCSB. As a 4th year I’ve seen them all and I can guarantee this place knows what they’re doing. Like all the other frats they have their qualms but it’s seriously the best place to be!

Hell, I may even love every single one of the brothers simultaneously. They are too cool for school, especially with this low level of competition. Top house forever.
