Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.6 It's either going to be them or Sigma Nu who takes a spot in the top. Personally, I think both houses have really fun parties so don't know who's going to come out on top, probably whoever gets a better senior house!

Both of their senior houses suck this year. SigPi's is next to aphi's junior while SigNu's is right next to DG Senior.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 5.0 They are much better than some of the posts indicate. There are some real haters who rank them low. But they have progressed to the top tier in a relatively short time.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 1.2 The frat with a bunch of middle schoolers. Creepy group of guys that try to replicate the good houses. Most the members have no confidence outside the frat house and try to be people who they aren't -- the poor kids wear polo's and try to pull the frat look everyday while the unsocial kids try to talk to us at parties and are really creepy. Very few good looking guys...lots of fake and bad personalities

Most the members have no confidence outside the frat house and try to be people who they aren't -- the poor kids wear polo's and try to pull the frat look everyday while the unsocial kids try to talk to us at parties and are really creepy.
