Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 5.0 They are much better than some of the posts indicate. There are some real haters who rank them low. But they have progressed to the top tier in a relatively short time.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 1.2 The frat with a bunch of middle schoolers. Creepy group of guys that try to replicate the good houses. Most the members have no confidence outside the frat house and try to be people who they aren't -- the poor kids wear polo's and try to pull the frat look everyday while the unsocial kids try to talk to us at parties and are really creepy. Very few good looking guys...lots of fake and bad personalities

The frat with a bunch of middle schoolers. Creepy group of guys that try to replicate the good houses. Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.4 Have some guys who are really cool and hot and have some guys who are the compete opposite. Lots of guys in sig Pi who could've been in other frats it seems like and get held down by the losers in the house but overall doing pretty well
