Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 2.6 This is one of the top houses with ATO and Sig Ep, they throw some good parties, however, some of these guys are really shady, i have a couple girlfriends get their drinks spiked on multiple occasions. There are some nice guys but they do not even know everyone in their chapter. Mainly just filled with douchie guys, who like to pick fights, who only wear frat tanks, and have been known to dirty rush kids. Phi sig is overrated. Sig Ep and ATO are a lot nicer and more fun to hang out with
