Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.7 These boys are always getting trash talked by the other lower-tier frats but honestly, its getting old. They are respectful and I can go there without feeling like I'm being preyed on. Not top by any means but they're improving.
