Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.6 Not top house, but definitely on the rise. Last year's pledge classes were great, and I love their parties (though they need to throw more!)

Their latest pledge classes especially spring have all been hot and really chill guys. They're really big on brotherhood. The latest pledge classes from top sororities like to hang around them. Their quarterly huge parties are the best but they don't throw as many smaller weekly ones as some other frats
