Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.5 VVV bottom three? Definitely not. Beta has nicer guys than SAE and hotter guys than ATO. We'll see how it goes next year but the "top houses" of before have slipped

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.5 It took me a while to warm up to these guys but once I did they became my favorite house. They get a lot of crap from other frats, but in reality they're fun, sweet, and have a bunch of really cute guys. Idk why they don't get more credit

Beta Theta Pi - ΒΘΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.0 they're average, they have a pretty good brotherhood but they guys themselves are all kind of misfits and randos. They're getting better, they have picked up some pretty good pledges over the past year or two, and they're house is one of the biggest on campus, but they can act a little desperate sometimes and they think they're all that.
