So many inaccurate reviews...Theta's easily my favorite house and have been for 3 years. One of the hottest houses. Of course that doesn't mean every single girl, just like w/ every house. A lot of people say they're sloppy in these reviews - uh what? I party with them all the time and they're fun, not sloppy, and if anything more classy than most...But definitely the kind of girls you want to remain friends with, not just slam and ditch.

I really dislike this house. They have the worst attendance to any philanthropy/social/wha tever out of any house. They act like they are a top house and can pull off being that uninvolved, but they can't. They are pretty attractive, high-middle, but not the top. In other words, not down to earth when they should be for their own good.

Im not gonna pretend im not a pi phi, because i am, so im going to say only the truth. I really don't understand why people keep bashing on pi phis...We aren't fake ,selfish, or rude. Im sorry if you met a couple of girls who came off that way, but doesn't EVERY house have some of those girls? this is supposed to give rushing girls ACTUAL ratings, not ones that people write to make their own house look better.

I was eating in the dining commons and a theta pledge was telling the whole table about the whole Facebook page where they write down their hookup stories from every weekend. I'm glad I dropped out of rush rather than joining a sorority that doesn't care about their rep

I'm in another sorority but I have only good things to say about dg!! they always come support at philanthropies, and theyre super sweet. the older girls are a lot more classier than the newbs though..guess theyll learn when they get older too.
