You really nailed it. That is exactly what Pi Phi is like. They party classy and are tons of fun but they are cliquey. You will have a close circle of friends, not a big house of "sisters." They do get first pick of the top girls, so I think they tend to give off that vibe of "we are better than you so deal" which I find rude.

Did better this year but still a low middle tier at best. Newer girls are outgoing. They do have an "easy" rep though. Above tridelt, adpi and possibly axo(?)

Looovvveee this Frat :) Made soo many guy friends here. All the actives are really nice and funny(You know great friends). Love going to the house to relax with some of the boys and their great mix drinks, just to talk about everything that is too stressful!! Seriously these are the best guys to become friends with in all of Greek life. Beta house better watch out because the Sig ep house is definitely becoming every sororities BFF
