Definitely "mid-tier" house. Chill girls who know how to party. Girls are pretty diverse but usually all kinda funny. Known as the 'manly' house even tho most of the girls i met/knew were pretty or normal looking, which makes me thing the "manly" thing is for how much they're into sports.
