Very attractive house on average. Older girls are very classy for the most part and great girls, but don't party the hardest. Their fall '11 pledge class is their hottest so far, probably the hottest of that rush but they aren't typical of Theta. They've always been on the brink of being a top house, I think they just need to throw more parties and be more social

totes agree.^ just rush and see what house works best for you. its not about the rep, or house nice a house is. its about the girls you are going to become best friends/sisters with for the next/best 4 years of your life. you already made the best decision by going to ucsb; dont screw it up by picking a house for the wrong reasons.
