Personally think that ATO is the top house at UCSB. The guys are hot, they don't get into trouble, and most of the time they keep it classy. Super involved on campus. You can always see them around wearing their letters. Their parties are fun. They go to almost every philanthropy. Every house has a hit and miss pledge class, and for the most part ATO has done a good job of getting great guys.

New kids on the block. They definitely should not be rated this high. I've heard from multiple girls that they're creepy, or come on way too strong. Part of that could be because they're trying too hard to be cool. They've asked girls personally what they can do to get better. Which is nice, but still really weird. They're not that attractive either. Maybe 1 or 2 are. And they don't really wear their letters around on campus. They just took SAE's old house.

With new houses like Sig Nu and Sig Pi, i'd consider DTD to be a middle tier house at this point. The guys are not the hottest (there are a few), but they're extremely nice and throw pretty fun parties. Their brotherhood is really good, and you can see them around on campus in letters a lot. They're not the most popular, but if you get to know them they're super chill guys

Middle tier house. These guys definitely know how to party, but a lot of them are super rude. Attractive sure, but rude. They think they're better than everyone else, when there are a lot of other houses that are better than them. Girls either love them, or hate them.

So sad that they got kicked off campus, that's the only reason that I gave them all 1s. The guys in general are pretty good looking and they're pretty chill.

2nd top house after ATO. The Sig Ep guys are really good looking and know how to party and have a good time. Girls love them. Their house is super nice. The parties are great. Only complaint I have is that a lot of them only talk to each other at parties and don't talk to girls they don't know. You can see them on campus all the time in their letters.
