The reason why they aren't as popular is because they have relatively smaller number than any other fraternities, since they just came back on campus a few years ago. They throw some pretty dope parties and their new house is huge, some guys are hot but a few of them are trying too hard. Once they fully utilize their house and get more members, they can rise by a lot.

Went to their rager last weekend and actaully had a really good time. Heard these guys are just starting out and don't have to many guys right now but could see these guys as a solid mid tier.
