Most of them are good looking gals. Everything else is pretty average. They don't seem to be #1 this year as far a recruitment is concerned but still one of the top.

Yeah these guys are top tier, but a lot of people have started noticing how cliquy they are. I have some good friends in the house but it's really starting to hurt them. None of the other frats act so hardcore like high school girls in that sense. They are fun to party with but come off a bit boring, like talking to a wall. Maybe try to actually pretend like you want to make friends outside of your frat

Top middle... But def not on the rise above... Piphi Aphi or DG. Nice house, but just average all around. Average looks, average girls, average location, average chapter house...
