From my point of view:
Top: Fiji (dank pc), Phi Psi, (I'm just gonna exclude elmo's since they annoy me), SAE (Bottom of the top, they actually recruited surprisingly well)
Mid:
Beta AEPi Sigep (Bottom of the middle IMO)
Dead bottom
Sig Chi, Phi Delt
This is just what i think it is because of who mixes with the best sororities and who got the best pledge classes

This couldn't be more wrong.
1. Phi Psi and Fiji always on the top.. this is correct. solid pledge classes and mix well.
2. Beta and Sig chi recruited pretty well (18-19 pretty good pledge classes). Sig Ep, although they had a horrible recruiting class (8-9 people/ kind of weird), will probably bounce back next year.
3. AEPI is on a class of its own. Didn't recruit very well but are liked by a lot of people.
4. SAE is on the decline. SAE got like 9 weird people. Their pledge class is horrible. Have no idea why you are saying that they recruited surprisingly well.
5. Phi Delt always at the bottom

You really haven no idea what you're talking about if you think SAE got 9 pledges. Second, a frat didn't "recruit well" if they got a lot of pledges. Phi Psi threw bids at literally everyone this year and their pc sucks ass
