what's the general consensus about SAE and PIKE? SAE seems to throw down a lot still... but what do people think of them in the greek life circle?

What parties? Phi psi used to be fun . It's not the same anymore. Much worse. Huge disappointment! Maybe for the "connected" few it is still fun, but they are not even nearly as social as they used to be.

Phi psi had such terrible neighbor problems that they basically haven't had a house the last two years. Now that's changed and they have something like every weekend. I'm not even in phi psi. How do people not see this??

I wouldn't mind PIKE's resurfacing.SAE should wait a year and then reinstate their chapter as well.

Even if they did resurface, I doubt either would be the same. At this point, unless you're connected, my friends are mostly getting fakes and seeking fun elsewhere sadly.
