self-ranking
by: stopIs anyone else really embarrassed when their own sisters (or brothers, I guess) self rank on GR? It's painfully obvious that it's someone from your sorority and it's really embarrassing. Yes, GR rankings don't really matter but every time I come on here, there's just a litany of really bad attempts to self-rank. If you're going to do it, at least try NOT to sound like you're reading off a PR handbook. Most of us know who the few girls are who obsessively self-rank here and we need it to stop.

Don't be jelous! Yes there is some amount of self-ranking but most of the time posts on this site reflect people's opinion, whether you like to admit it or not. And don't be delusional assuming that it is only a few people who post on this site. Most people are aware of this site and visit it out of curiosity. Check the number of likes or dislikes on some of the phi mu ranking, this is just one example. Yes, once in a while one can see an obvious self-ranking but some people or some Greek organizations are obvious stand outs. Deal with it. ( I am against using names on this site but sometimes people start provocative posts just for the sake of entertainment)
