There's no point in asking this question because you don't even know if you've been invited back for pref night by either sorority. If you get cut by one or both (and that really doesn't reflect badly on you), then it's a moot point

It should come to your personal "connection" with members. If you knew some members prior to this week, take it into consideration. Remember, sorority reps, who you'll see at rush are trying to show you their "best face". If you don't know which sorority makes you feel better than let them choose.

realistically they are basically the same. phi mu's rep is falling though. otherwise the girls in each are basically the exact same.

Phi Mus are the soft majors, more blondes, normally not extensively involved on campus, typically more girly.

Alpha Phis are generally in harder majors, more brunette, more involved on campus, and party more.

They're about equally as hot.

that's how i see it and likely how a lot of others do too, just find where you fit in
