written by a pi phi, they offer bids with out even meeting the girls and struggle to fill a pledge class. Would not put them in a Tier with APhi or Phi Mu. Wouldnt even put them on the same level as Kappa. Definitely the lowest.

IX ultimately rules the social scene. It is made up of girls who were popular in high school and are generally all good looking. Generally, many of the coolest and best looking girls join this sorority. It does get a big advantage by rushing first semester though

Its time to grow up! Who cares about what happened in high school... As for ruling the social scene -- someone has a very limited idea about various social stratas at Hopkins.
