sigeps senior class is solid but the rest suck. theyre gonna go downhill once the seniors graduate in the spring

Wawa might be more of a force at rush week if it wasn't so well known that being their pledge and not being on the football time means you'll get singled out and hazed harder then the rest, and their hazing is horrible to begin with.

most competitive frats...
elmos (everything is invite only/highly exclusive)
phi psi (rush might be in the huge new house, very chill dudes who go hard af)
fiji (good rep during fall, good relations with girls, all around great guys)
wawa (best fall parties but if you're not football you're prob best off elsewhere)

How can phi psi be competitive?

They have to fill a house even pike had trouble filling. They'll be giving bids to anyone just to not go bankrupt or if they stay in their house now they can't throw any parties.

The choice is either staying irrelevant or becoming sig ep.

Or they can get all the best guys out there. Who doesn't want to live in a great big frat house where the best parties at Hopkins will be thrown. Plus, other than Fiji, what are the alternatives?
